中国建设银行将于近期首次在国际范围内以公开竞争性出售不良资产组合。此次拟出售的资产组合为建行拥有的抵债资产，帐面总金额为人民币42亿元左右。

Auction  Announcement

China Construction Bank (CCB) is pleased to announce its first international non-performing asset portfolio auction recently. The transaction will consist of a sealed bid auction to purchase a portfolio of settled real estate assets with an outstanding principal balance of RMB 4.2 billion.
